1. General Introduction

fd7 is an online casino and betting platform operated for adult players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fd7 and its users ("player" or "you"). You must read and understand these Terms fully before using fd7's website, app or any of its services.

Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Registering with false information will result in account termination and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration

  • Each player may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
  • You must provide your name, address, date of birth and contact details correctly.
  • fd7 may request identity verification documents at any time, and failure to provide them may result in account suspension.
  • Opening multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device also requires prior permission from fd7.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify fd7 support immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
  • Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Depositing money from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
  • fd7 reserves the right to decline or investigate any deposit transaction at its own discretion.
  • Gambling with money borrowed via credit card is strongly discouraged.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • fd7 may delay a withdrawal if source-of-funds verification is required.
The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. Additional verification may cause delays beyond this.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

fd7 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus wagering requirement is 10x (you must wager 10 times the bonus amount).
  • The welcome bonus is available once only to first-time registered players.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted while a bonus is active.
  • fd7 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses apply to one account only.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or strategic wagering is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
  • Each bonus has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback and other promotional offers.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the fd7 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

  • Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using bots, automation tools or third-party software.
  • Playing using multiple accounts or another person's account.
  • Collusion or conspiratorial cooperation between players.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error or disconnection, fd7 reserves the right to make a decision in accordance with its own policies. In such situations, the player's wagered amount may be refunded.

If an error occurs in the gaming software, all bets and winnings from that game may be considered void. This decision is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd7 platform:

  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Registering or transacting with fraudulent information.
  • Unauthorized use of fd7's brand, logo or trademarks.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassment, intimidation or disrespectful behavior toward other players.

  • Transacting using fake or third-party payment details.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, all deposits and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

fd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Identity verification fails or false information has been provided.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

8.2 Closure by the Player

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
